Hello Harry The Burger Joint (Dickson)

Delicious Gluten free options and great atmosphere.

I consider myself a burger connoisseur, and these are seriously the best burgers I’ve had. As someone who is gluten free, I’m used to getting average tasting buns, but these are fantastic!

I ordered from her on Friday 14/3/25 through the website. When our food arrived one burger had a gluten free bun on it (not requested as this) the "Nutella" shake came as a chocolate shake with basically just coles chocolate syrup in it and the 2nd burger that was ordered had a raw patty on it. Tried to call to no answer on the night so submitted a ticket that is still yet to be actioned, so I called them again last night (17/3/25) got a hold of someone and told them what had happened and gave them my order number and contact information and was told I would receive a call within 20 minutes from the manager. Still waiting on that phone call and will likely be looking at going to a legal authority over this as it is ridiculous that it has taken this much to get a resolution and the constant being ignore. Be wary if ordering from here.
