Hello Nori - Robson

I’ve always loved coming here. Today was probably my 6th-8th visit, and I can say with confidence that Hello Nori is very consistent. The yellowtail hand roll with Shiso leaf added is my favourite. The by the glass sake options are great and they all pair well with the rolls. Lisa was my server today and she was excellent. She checked in lots and made sure that the chef was aware of my gluten intolerance. Gold star for Hello Nori, I will be back!

Best food we had in our week in Vancouver. The fish was incredible, staff is patient to explain how the menu works and answer questions, service is fantastic and I can't stress again how good the food is. Not necessarily a place to get a big meal, but the quality of the food is unmatched. Handrolls made fresh to order so the nori is still crispy when you eat it. Do yourself a favor and try the truffle lobster. Also safe for celiac, my wife mentioned she needs gluten free accommodations and they were very knowledgeable and cleaned preparation surfaces for all of her food in front of us.
