#CeliacReviews: Delicious pho that is naturally gluten-free. Hello Saigon is a haven in an otherwise loud, busy Village—it was a huge relief to find great, affordable pho, one of my favorite dishes. 🔴 Staff don’t recognize the term “celiac.” 🟢 BUT they’re knowledgeable about ingredients and what is gluten-free and what isn’t. ⚪️ (misc.) Vietnamese coffee came in a to-go cup for a sit-down order. 📌 Not a dedicated GF facility and other menu items may have wheat.

We’re gluten free vegetarians and ate at a few pho places. It was a substantial bowl, with bok choy, broccoli, carrots, snow peas, mushrooms, tofu, asparagus, and more. The service was super friendly too. I was able to charge my phone at the bar while we are. (Brought my own charger and cord.) This was hands down our favorite pho. Went back for more. They even offer a flight of sake for tasting, which I loved too. Also has a fun and lively atmosphere.
