Herbst Eatery & Farm Stand

We celebrated a wedding reception at Herbst last night with a group of 12, and it was absolutely wonderful! Our table had quite a few dietary restrictions and allergies, and the team handled everything with such care and attention. Gluten-free, vegetarian, no pork, no dairy—you name it, they accommodated it seamlessly. We all felt so well taken care of. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Three courses is a lot of food, and by the second course I was already full but I was not missing dessert 🧁! The atmosphere was intimate and welcoming, and the service made the night feel effortless and memorable. Herbst truly went above and beyond, and I’d highly recommend it for both the food and the experience. 10/10!

This restaurant really gets it. From the locally-sourced ingredients to the thoughtful service, everything feels intentional and well-executed. They made an extraordinary effort to ensure everything was Celiac safe and that was a big deal for us. The Duck dish and the Risotto were absolutely delicious, you can taste the difference when a kitchen cares this much about quality. They work with local farms and producers whenever possible, and it shows in both flavor and freshness. Our server was fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, with a nice energy that makes it perfect for everything from casual dinners to special occasions. The full proof funky cocktail was innovative and perfectly balanced, the way the structure their drinks menu is super cool and inclusive with full proof to n/a. This is the kind of place that makes dining out feel special again.
