Herd

Had such a terrific meal last night at Herd, with chef Jarrod Hudson on the pans. His spanner crab salad is an all-time favourite of so many Healesvillians; it's so exciting to have his take on Thai cuisine back in the ville. Chris and Charlotte are gorgeous new owners and we wish them EVERY success and will def be coming back - great local wines on the wine list and the starters (particularly the betel leaf and salt & pepper squid were so delicate and flavourful, followed by yellow curry and slow-cooked pork - both amazing, as was the bread and butter pudding. As a coeliac, I felt 100% that they understood my requirements and to top it off, there were SO many properly GF options for me, I couldn't have been happier. Go, support them and enjoy a delicious and great night out.

Absolute flawless experience! Food is delicious, the fish was divine and the steak so tender. Service is warm and welcoming, and the place looks great 👌 My partner is coeliac and there are plenty of gluten free options Had a great time and will come back often!
