Hermitage Rd. Coffee and Bagel Bar

In a very popular road, right in the middle we found this nice coffee shop. Amazing decoration and furniture. Nice atmosphere and services. Lots of young persons at the other side of the counter and not very quick service. Nice display for sweet cakes and a big blackboard for bagels and prices on the wall. Cakes went well during my visit I saw how they disappeared. Everything cost a bit more than other coffee shops but is good to have plant based milk and gluten free options.

Staff super helpful & friendly. I ordered a salad bowl & asked the server at the till I was ordering with if it could be gluten free (I'm coeliac). He checked in the allergen folder & a colleague of his even went to the kitchen to get me a list of ingredients within one component (pesto). He then briefed the person making it on the process to keep it GF for me. They were really lovely about it & I'm really grateful. Loved that there was a couple of GF cakes, that weren't just the standard brownie often offered by cafes. Chai cupcake tasty. A GF bagel option would take the service to the next level, maybe that could be explored in future. Just wanted to say thanks to the staff that helped, and didn't make it feel like a huge hassle.
