Hi-Pointe Drive-In

We stopped at Hi Point on our travels and we really enjoyed our experience! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! But the highlight for us was that two people in our family have celiac disease and they were able to eat a burger and fries safely which was very exciting!! Thanks Hi Point!!!

The burger is substantial and satisfying. I like that it comes with the optional gluten-free bun. Optional LOTP (lettuce, onion, tomato slice, and pickle slices) is another bonus. Friendly, going-above service with a genuine smile at the pickup window = ++. I read that the management changed recently and gave them a try. All in all, a good experience here.

Zero stars should be possible. They have the gluten free bun for a extra $2.99 that wasn't clear. The button is hid in the condiments. I pressed the gluten allergy and common sense says I want gluten free bun. No one called me nor answered the phone when I called to confirm my order. When I finally got ahold to someone, The cook said he didn't use a bun because of the gluten allergy. Poor customer service! I want a refund but they are not answering the phone at all!! If I wasn't at work I would go up there.
