Hibachi Fresh

Holy cow. What a frickin' gem of a place. We went here on the recommendation of Find Me Gluten Free and what a winner. We split a combo meal after hiking all day. The man at the front who took our order, may have been the owner, took our order and talked to us about gluten free options. Not only was it delicious, I didn't get sick! I wish I could package this place up and take it home so I would have a place where my gluten eating kids and I could eat. Would go again, even with a 3hr drive. Yum!

I'm going to give them a 5 star because we need this restaurant here. Huge portions which is refreshing. I thought the food had great flavor though it could have been a bit hotter. We did have quite a wait but y'all are new and doing great regardless, and it was a friday night. They were able to accommodate gluten free options for us which is very hard to find and you don't know how much we appreciate that. I hope this restaurant is successful and is here to stay. It's a real treat to have good food in this town.
