4/18 Waited 45 minutes after our reservation to be seated. I have Celiac and the menu doesn’t show gluten free options but they adapted for me. Cross contamination isn’t a problem for me so they could still cook it in front of me but they made sure every bit of my food was separate. I got a California roll and salmon hibachi. Gluten free soy sauce was the main use for my dish. Update 5/3. I had a party of 4 and we waited an hour and a half. Several groups were seated before us even a group of 4 that arrived after us. I looked at the sheet they had in the hostess stand and they didn’t have a reservation. We got seated. The waitress said she was trying to get another table out of there but walked to the kitchen. Didn’t take our drink orders. Got tired of waiting after 10 minutes and left… it’s my birthday. Overall the food is really good the cooking was really cool but good luck if you can get to that point:

Such an awesome experience!!! Great food, even for us gluten free people. They cook my meal first using gluten free soy sauce and it was wonderful
