Hibachio

I was kind of skeptical... it looked to much like a fast food place for sushi. But gave it a shot based on reviews. Sooo glad we tried this place!! We did have to wait for the sushi but not terribly long. It was so worth it! Spicy edamame was fantastic. Volcano roll was so good even without the fried onions, per my request. They have some gluten free options and I had no problem with the dishes I choose. Great service!! Definitely will return!!

Quick and good food. Always great customer service. They take gluten allergies seriously, and have practices in place to avoid shared surfaces or tools. Highly recommend.
