Hibachio

I had never been to this spot, but my wife was familiar with it and always said wonderful things about the food. I have tried two dishes now and am impressed by their customer service in the experience as well as the quality of the product they provide. If you are close it is well worth a stop to enjoy. I am gluten free and their menu is fascinatingly accommodating. The workers are pleasant and the experience inside seems well run.

I was kind of skeptical... it looked to much like a fast food place for sushi. But gave it a shot based on reviews. Sooo glad we tried this place!! We did have to wait for the sushi but not terribly long. It was so worth it! Spicy edamame was fantastic. Volcano roll was so good even without the fried onions, per my request. They have some gluten free options and I had no problem with the dishes I choose. Great service!! Definitely will return!!
