When I first got to Arkansas, this was my favorite pizza place because it's one of the few that offers a gluten free crust option. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down recently though. I ordered for pickup and because it was raining, they didn't bring it out. That's understandable but there was no communication regarding this since the order was placed online. They have every method of contact on file so I don't understand why nobody contacted us to let us know.
Every third order or more, there's a mistake. They got many additional chances because that used to result in additional food to correct the mistake. They don't even notice them now. "Double cut" results in not being cut at all or ignored altogether. "Sauce on the side" has been overlooked on the last two orders. Spending $40 each order for so much to be wrong is ridiculous. The lack of communication about policy is frustrating. I'm out.
