Gluten-free bread that doesn't sacrifice flavor or texture: For those looking for gluten-free options, Hideout offers a specially selected bun that maintains the flavor and texture of a traditional burger (the best I've ever had). Although it is not a 100% gluten-free establishment, it has very good options. 2. French fries that raise the bar, they are not the typical side dishes. Crispy and tasty, the “fríes loucas” stand out in particular, a creation that combines shredded meat, soft aioli and a touch of spicy oil with herbs, making them a star dish in their own right. 3. Cozy atmosphere and attention to detail Beyond the food, the atmosphere at Hideout is warm and welcoming.
