If you are gluten free, be aware that they mark items gluten free and may be using regular soy sauce. I've asked the person at the register on two occasions, and staff has told me they do not have gluten free soy sauce or tamari. So out of an abundance of caution, I ask for dishes to be made without soy sauce. If these dishes are gluten freen and made with GF soy sauce, please train your staff to answer questions appropriately!
