Not so great. This is not good for a person with celiac. There is flour flying everywhere. It was not busy and I had to ask them to clean off a surface to cook my pizza. The guy taking my order was knowledgeable and trying to tell the kitchen what to do but the guy in the kitchen said sarcastically that they would do the best they could do. Really uncaring and I didn’t feel comfortable at all.

What a pleasant surprise! High Rise Pizza Kitchen is an amazing local spot with fantastic food. The crust was one of the best I’ve ever had, and my family said the gluten-free crust was the best they’ve ever tried. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for great pizza in town!
