Wonderful service from the staff, one of the lovely ladies that worked in breakfast area was so helpful and kind, knowing my wife had to have gluten free options was brilliant, forgot her name around 50 blonde hair with glasses, she a star, overall very impressed, good size room, excellent bar food and Liam behind the bar was superb, relaxing night so recommend for sure, cheers Hillgrove 🥂

I'd knock the 2 stars off because of the uncaring, flippant attitude of the leosure center employee, the room guests were meant to access the pool area from a separate door which was locked, we brought this to this lads attention but couldn't care less while he was on his phone..there were signs up for no diving but everyone was doing it anyway,bliss being disruptive, which didn't make it a relaxing experience, we just wanted you get out of there as quick as we could. They promoted an app for reading newspapers which crashed the next day, On the plus side though the menus were available on line to download which was made it quicker and easier to order...staff in the bar were lovely and attentive, couldn't do more for us..breakfast in the morning was quite good too. Was brilliant how they kept the gluten free breakfast cereal and breads separate, also how they had to stop ppl from using the gluten free toaster by hiding it behind a big sign..the hotel itself is quite nice but let down by a small portion of staff especially in the leisure center..
