The restaurant staff exhibited rudeness and an unwillingness to accommodate vegan or gluten-free menu preferences. Additionally, the chef refused to prepare beans on toast in the afternoon, citing that it was strictly a ‘breakfast item".

Visited the Restaurant today for the first time since you took over this branch. Extremely disappointed to discover you have removed all the gluten-free options. This was one one of our go-to places for my daughter who struggles to find nice things when eating out. The GF afternoon tea was a special treat, but to find not a single cake or sandwich option is devastating for her. The staff say we are not the only people to complain. Please reconsider your menu asap. You can always contact Coeliac UK for advice as it very doable these days.
