While on a weekend away with friends, we decided to visit Hillmans for some drinks and dinner. I was hesitant at first due to the fact that I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. I was worried that there would it be anything I could eat safely. When I approached the bar I was super lucky to have Brooke help me. She was completely knowledgeable about the menu as well as what I could order without hesitation. She immediately put me at ease and did not make me feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. I was able to order food and Brooke even offered a tasting of different seltzers I could drink. The kitchen took the time to ensure that my meal was safe for me to eat. I am very grateful and will definitely be back to visit! The food, drinks, and atmosphere are very inviting. I highly recommend visiting Hillmans. Ask for Brooke!
