Wait staff was horribly slow. I spoke to the manager Sean and they were not short staff. Three separate servers came to our table which killed their coordination. Just standing by the server station taking while we waited 35 minutes to order. I had to walk over for the hot sauce I had asked for in advance. Appetizers and meals came at the same time, like the same minute. Oh my.
My lady ordered the Halibut and asked SPECIFICALLY if it had gluten on it. Server asked the cook. It was served with the topping and of course she asked again and was told, “It is just broiled on top, no gluten”, and we came home and she was sick to her stomach. Time to overhaul the process. We want to come back and be there when they get it right. Gluten can be a big concern.
(1 week later) The restaurant manager Sean wrote me a letter and made this right. We are going back soon to try again. These guys are our neighbors and, as I said, everybody had that bad busy day. Thank you Sean!!! Awesome response. Please go try their food soon.
