Lots of Gluten Free options. Delicious and increadibly fresh. Started with the Papadum and the dipping sauces, which were gluten free and yummy! The Saag was scrumptious and the lamb was done perfectly. The chai was incredible and made to order. The only reason I didn't give the Himalayan Bistro 5 stars is that they didn't state in the their menu or when asking for a refill that they charge for them with the chai.
