Himalayan Spice

Himalayan Spice is cozy and inviting with some of the best food and best service I've had in town. As a local, it's expensive to eat out so we when we do, we pick places where we know the food is fresh and delicious and where we will be well taken care of. That's why my group of friends all chose Himalayan Spice to have a dinner to kick off the holiday season. The momo (house made dumplings) are always popular as a starter or a main course. This time I had chicken tika curry and it was as warm and rich as I had hoped it would be -- perfect for a wintry night! We have a friend who is extremely sensitive to gluten and one nice thing is that she never has to worry when eating here -- you can let your server know about any food allergies or intolerances and they will take good care of you. Highly recommend -- note there is an upstairs with good space to make big tables so larger groups are no problem. Be sure to book in advance!

I can’t describe how amazing this food was. My husband has celiac so we both asked if our dishes (chicken biryani and lamb thali) could be made gluten free and they easily accommodated. When they brought out the food, they reassured us it was gluten free and explained what each part of the dish was. I have never tasted food so good! Every single thing on the lamb thali plate was incredible, and the chicken biryani was soooo good. Great service and cozy atmosphere too. 15/10 recommend!

Our meal was SO delicious 😍 What an amazing restaurant this is! They were super helpful with my food intolerances (gluten & milk) and were very friendly anyway. We all tried different dishes and they all were fantastic!
