Hinckley's Fancy Meats

I went to East End Market last Sunday and really wanted Domu but didn’t want to wait an hour and a half. I wanted something warm and comforting and after walking around; looking at all of the menus and contemplating I decided to try out Hinckleys. I got the egg, bacon, and cheese sammy on a homemade English muffin. LORD hath mercy on my little soul. I died on the spot and came back to life after one bite. Each bite took me into a new sphere. My fiancé asked for a bite and I turned rabid. I was NOT about to share this earth shattering delicious sammy with him. Not even with my daughter, who ALSO asked for a bite. I ate every last crumb by myself. This was a week ago. I’m STILL thinking about that sandwich. Also, I have a gluten intolerance and that should tell ya something. I was willing to risk the aches and pains it causes my body for that gorgeous, beautiful, life altering sammy and I would do it again.
