Hindsight BBQ

I was very appreciative to get the responses that I did when I called regarding gluten-free/celiac friendly menu options. During my call, the chef walked me through the entire menu regarding what was safe for me to eat; he took this very seriously. The food was great!

Let's start with my coworkers and I are picky about BBQ. After a work related visit last week, we placed a sizable lunch order today. Pulled pork sandwiches, texas twinkies, mac & cheese, tacos, cucumber salads and more. Food was excellent. The gluten free rolls for the brisket philly cheese steak were exceptional. A little 'kick' in everything. ALOT of 'kick' in the twinkies. The Gibsons half chicken was seasoned well and NOT dried out. Not on the menu, but listed at the lunch counter was a mac & cheese ciabatta. Looks like we will have to go back to try it. Friendly staff. Kind of pricey. Update: 10/26/21: We've returned for 3 more lunch visits. Have not been disappointed yet. Emerging as my favorite is the pulled pork taco.
