I had a great experience trying out Hipoke Ramen for lunch. We tried a different tacos. The taco shells are made from seaweed, I think and they have awesome crunch to them (check out the video and turn the sound up to hear it)
The flavors were great and they have a lot of ingredient and menu options that cater to everyone including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan - in addition to th standard meat eating audience that have a lot of menu options here.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The vibe is chill and light. They have ordering tablets for convenience and they make the process very easy and user-friendly.
Looking forward to trying more menu items here in the near future.
