Well crafted fresh food. I had the banana split pancakes and a biscuit with sausage gravy. My dad had the gluten free pancakes and wouldn't shut up about them lol. He said they were the best pancakes he had ever had. Staff was friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was rustic and light. Beautiful historic grounds with lots of nice scenery

Sit down kids it's Clifton Mill story time. My girlfriend and I go here a fair amount. One random thing about it is you walk in and it's wildly confusing what you're supposed to do. No one's there to greet you. You have to like get their attention to get your name down for a table. It's a little stressful, but it also provides good entertainment because you get to watch everyone else do the same thing. Once they accidentally sat us at a table that hadn't been washed so they made us stand up again while they washed it. I almost gave it 5 stars just because I thought that was so funny. The pancakes are massive so that's pretty cool. I like their omelettes. Maybe a smidgen expensive but I mean not really. They always ask me what kind of toast I want and I say wheat and I take it home in a box every time because I'm too embarrassed to say I'm allergic to gluten. Never gone to see the lights but they're probably worth seeing exactly one time not more or less. So I would I recommend going there? Absolutely. But also probably not. The dichotomy of man am I right? Cheers, -Alan
