This place has so much potential, I’m a local and don’t visit much anymore due to the food & price! I took some friends who came to visit last week and the food was very average and they were shocked at the price. Im gluten free and to only offer gluten free bread or toast is a real disappointment plus you have to pay extra for the privilege! Nearly every other cafe you can have the option of fritters, pancakes etc they are so easy to make!! The coffee was terrible so strong I had to send it back and was supposed to get a replacement but they forgot. The young waitress was overwhelmed and wasn’t her fault, she was dealing with a few unhappy customers.
Apparently new owners took over a few months ago and will be improving the place I’m yet to see any of this yet……in fact it’s got a lot worse.
Such a great place for kids to visit so I hope it does improve soon then we will be back!
