We always have a fresh and delicious gluten free meal at Hitoe. The service and sushi is exceptional. So happy to have Hitoe in the neighborhood!

The best sushi place on 4th! They have a dedicated gluten free menu and they are thorough, which is great for my husband with celiac! The specialty rolls are divine and the service is always friendly and welcoming. I had to move down to Seattle for three years and I'm back in Vancouver now, and I missed Hitoe the most! Always worth a stop in!
