Hochatown Saloon

When my dad and I went through, you walk into one set of doors and then swinging saloon doors. There is a large stage with a huge tv screen (?) Over it. We were greeted and sat right away and Christie (not sure how her name is spelled) greeted us withing minutes even during lunch hour. I am gluten intolerant and have other food allergies the server Christie was amazing and found out what i could and could not have. She was as sweet as can be and listen to my dad's stories, I had to get him back on track. When she was making my salad (had to sub salad for fries due to cross contamination,) she came out with gloves on to ask if I could have something. It was nice to see the health food measures she was taking. Now for the food, my dad got the triple decker club with fries and a salad, it was a lot of food, prepare to take some with you. I got the cheeseburger with no bun or onions. I was a little disappointed not due to the server or the chefs but it reminded me of a smash burger. Not a fan of those but it was good, I could taste the seasoning (salt and pepper) which I miss from other burger places. The menus were in a form of a newspaper which was so cool with a hidden gem on the back page regarding Doc Holiday's visit to the saloon. Th atmosphere was awesome and has a lot of nostolgic items. I would recommend this place, just not if you want a thick burger. By the way one last little note, I am super picky regarding the taste of my food (sometimes worse than a child,) so the fact that I am saying it is tasty should tell you something. Have fun at this little gem.
