I haven't had such bad service in a long time! I ordered a gluten-free burger, and after 30 minutes they told me they didn't have it. I asked for something else... and they forgot my order. I waited 1:30, and they brought me fries that tasted stale. I went to pay for my order, and they didn't want to issue a bill either. A disaster.

I went to a birthday with my girlfriend, who has celiac disease, because they had a tac-free menu. They brought the 'gluten-free' burger 1 hour later than the rest of the meal, WITH NORMAL BREAD. The girl claimed it was gluten-free. My girlfriend ate it, and it clearly wasn't. I attach the photo, those who have eaten gluten-free bread will see how clearly it is not gluten-free. A disaster. Total neglect of customers. IF THEY ARE GOING TO OFFER SUITABLE MENU, LET IT BE REALLY SO. THERE CANNOT BE THIS TYPE OF FAILURES.
