Hokkaido Ramen House - Aksarben

Our server Cheyenne was knowledgeable, fun, and exactly what I needed as a person with a few food allergies. Great gluten-free options and hearty portion sizes. Great atmosphere for the nerd at heart. Highly recommend.

It's rare to find a restaurant with multiple gluten free options. It's even rarer to find the gluten free options to be just as delicious as the regular fare. Amazing gluten free ramen, in large enough portions that I have leftovers. Cheyenne was our waitress, and she was so knowledgeable about the whole menu. Everything she suggested was wonderful. She even brought out a sample of boba she recommended based on our comments about the other items we ordered. It was so great I ordered a glass. Definitely plan to go back.

I was so excited to find gluten-free ramen. I went in, and the wonderful waitress let me know upfront all the protocols for the gluten-free prep. She told me I was going to be treated as family, and she would never want a family member sick. I had the gluten-free chicken ramen, and it was so savory and full of flavor. For dessert, she brought me a gluten-free, free frozen treat. I would definitely come back when in Omaha.
