Hokkaido Ramen House

I really enjoyed dining here. They have a nice atmosphere without it being over the top. I had the garlic tonkotsu ramen and it was very tasty. The broth had a nice depth to it and the pork was delicious. I love that they have a gluten free option on the menu. My wife had that and enjoyed it. She said the broth was tasty. I think the chicken could have used some seasoning but otherwise it looked very good.

I was excited that they offer gluten free ramen, but surprised when dining in that they do not carry gluten free soy sauce. I figured no big deal, at least they have gf ramen. However the gf ramen was bland, with plain boiled chicken breast that was a bit tough, plain rice noodles, and mediocre broth. Very little flavor. With so many delicious gf options out there, if you’re gluten intolerant this restaurant wouldn’t be at the top of my list to try.
