Hokkaido Ramen House

Hokkaido is a truly amazing authentic ramen! There are several toppings and flavors to choose from here, and they are working hard to get even better! I was given a tour of the facilities by the manager on duty, and I asked many questions about allergy safety and cross contact. I personally have a gluten allergy and ordered their GF chicken ramen. It is made for those with sensitive digestion but can be seasoned or spiced to your liking. Many of the other flavors can be made using GF noodles; however, the pork has gluten in the seasoning. Since each bowl is handled separately, there is very little chance that guests with allergies will have an issue. (Be sure to explain your allergy fully to avoid any issues) I found the staff to be quite knowledgeable and very friendly.
