Holee Cow

I had such a good time at Holee Cow today, the service was absolutely amazing!!! They spent so much attention on details and constantly checking we were okay, the food was absolutely Devine and well presented - it came hot and the waitress kept checking if we were okay or needed anything else! With vegan options on site as well as gluten free I would reccomend this venue as there is something for everyone

Ordered a gluten free burger and fries. Waiting staff seemed flippant about allergens. Then, when the burger came, they brought it with a normal (wheat) bun!! I had to ask if it was gluten free (looked just like everyone else's normal burger buns), then, when they realised their mistake, they said they could just swap the bun with a gluten free one. No!!!!! I literally had to ask for them to make a fresh burger so it wouldn't be contaminated. Really ignorant staff! Otherwise, the burger was okay, fries were not particularly nice. Atmosphere was basic. Menu was also basic (and allergen information confusing and uninformative, plus it seemed like there were more vegan options than beef-based ones). Condiments were limited. Definitely wouldn't visit again.
