Jaison was great in the dining room for breakfast and taking our daughter’s special celiac order. Location is great, right next to dock 8. Rooms were “okay.” Our biggest issue were no flat sheet on the beds and the sheets and blanket that were provided sounded like crinkle paper. It was hard to sleep with anyone moving. The A/C also defaulted to a hot temperature at midnight and we had to turn the air back on. The second room was spacious and other room, was not. Note for anyone that has hip/knee issues, the shower is a step in bath tub without any grip bars (be prepared). Overall, really nice hotel for the location.

Very convenient for cruise ship ports, Nice walk along quayside and west quay has shops and restaurants about 10 minutes walk away. Three coeliacs in our group all required GF breakfast excellent friendly safe service from Simmi. Breakfast order were taken and cooked separately, so no cross contamination. Simmi was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her. Recommend here for overnight prior to cruise
