Friendly staff, and I was glad we had opted for the breakfast. No problem getting gluten free options either!

Super location for visiting Swindon, with easy access from the M4 and A419. Plenty of free car parking spaces.
Staff at Reception are very welcoming.
Rooms are clean with good quality linen, towels, etc.
The hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained.
Restaurant: dinner menu was okay, with attentive staff. Breakfast was generally okay, with a wide range of hot and cold food, although there seemed to be a shortage of staff on the days we were there. There was an acceptable range of Gluten-free food - thankfully.
We will stay again, when in the area.
