Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely spa facilities, clean and in good working order. Breakfast was delicious and veggie, vegan and gluten free options available. Room was clean and tidy with adequate facilities. Room cleaning was done daily during our stay. We had a super time staying here given all of this and the location, close to key areas of Portsea Island. Well worth the money we paid and we would stay again.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay with both dinner and breakfast. The use of a tablet to order dinner was a low point. Bring back the helpful staff.
Gluten free breakfast was simply the best.
