I came in and ordered a gluten-free chicken caesar wrap, once I ensured it would be gluten free. When I got my meal, I noticed that it had tomatoes which I asked not to have but that’s not a huge deal so I began eating it anyway. A few minutes later someone came out and told me that they had brought me the wrong food. What I was eating had a flour wrap around it(aka gluten). She said they would remake it for me and kinda jokingly said that what I ate had gluten so she hoped it wasn’t serious. When I told her I had celiacs she said something like, oops, sorry and walked away. They brought me my actual meal(which was ok at best) but didn’t say anything further about the HUGE mistake. I usually would never get upset about getting the wrong food, BUT messing up for someone with celiacs or any other allergy/sensitivity is a HUGE deal. I would 10/10 not recommend going if you have any sensitivities or allergies!!!
