Holohan's Pantry

The food here was absolutely wonderful, and we really enjoyed getting a taste of the local cuisine. Since my partner is a very sensitive Coeliac, we made sure to inform the restaurant when booking—and I’m happy to say we were incredibly well taken care of. While they were upfront about the general risks of cross-contamination (since the food is prepared in the same kitchen), they went above and beyond to reassure us. They double-checked everything with the kitchen, made sure separate cookware and fryers were used, and handled everything with real care. They even adapted certain dishes to be gluten-free for us. My partner had absolutely no symptoms after the meal, which further confirms the level of care and precautions the restaurant took on our behalf. Highly, highly recommend this spot if you're looking for delicious food with genuinely thoughtful service (gluten-free or otherwise).
