We went on New Year's eve for dinner. Food amd service were both excellent. The only "issue" was my wife's plate, she is gluten-intolerant. Gluten gives her stomach and bowel issues for a day or two, she does NOT have celiac, nor is it a fad dietary choice. Her meal came with a rice pilaf which she had requested be subbed for mashed potatoes as pilaf usually has vermicelli in it. The waitress was apologetic and IMMEDIATELY had her plate remade, in minutes a gresh serving arrived as ordered.
This is why many restaurants have a manager bring gluten-free or other allergy-modified plates out to ensure safety. In this case, no harm no foul, but a warning to all to be vigilant.
Since the original server both took the order and delivered the food, I elected to mark "service" down rather than "food" as it's the servers responsibility to verify the kitchen's accuracy.
Everything else was excellent, so I left my usual excessive tip:)
