Gluten free frier(!!) and some gluten free options. The bottom of the menu says gf stands for "grain free", but don't let that put you off. Sometimes I worry that kind of language is the restaurant's way of offering gluten free for the fad, but not actually following through. The waiter told me the chef is gluten free, which usually bodes well. I had the holy burger, which was delicious -especially if you love that charbroiled taste! Honestly wish I had gone with the gf pasta option because that also seemed delicious. Did not ask if the noodles were boiled in shared water, but I would guess that if they have a separate frier, they can do separate water if you ask!
