Holy Grill

Went to this location with co-worker on Tuesday. Worst experience ever. Never been treated so badly. First, the girl that was at the till has no customer service at all. Did not greet us, not friendly and no eye contact. when we ask questions, she seemed super annoyed with our questions. Missed half of the stuff we requested for. Second, food quality was not good. Missed bacon on their famous Mr. chicken. Gluten free buns were stale and hard. Did not apologized for the mistakes at all. Third, all the tables were dirty, the girl at the till asked us to clean the table ourselves. Definitely not going to recommend this to anyone.

Great little restaurant/cafe hidden away on the second floor but with seeking out. Super-friendly staff, nice atmosphere and great gluten free options. We sat on the outside terrace with a great view of downtown Calgary.
