Home Time Bar-B-Que and Bakery

Myself and my husband stopped in when we were passing through as the restaurant had good Gluten-free reviews. I was not disappointed! We pulled up it smelled like smoking pellets, it was foodie aromatherapy. After entering, it's definitely felt like an authentic BBQ house. Soul music. They make their rubs, sauces, baking goods, marinades, salads, drinks, and sides all in house and from scratch. I could eat pretty much anything on the menu but decided on the brisket poutine and a side coleslaw. It was enough food for 3 people and the price was around $25. They definitely balanced all the flavors of the dish, it was dense but didn't feel cheap or heavy. The hubby had a "Delicious brisket sandwich" which he loved. We agreed it is definitely somewhere we want to come back. I want to try the gluten-free fried chicken!!

Passing through brooks and looking for a Gluten-free experience. Was not expecting this place to be fantastic. Service was 10, food was 10, and overall setting was comfortable. Highly recommend anyone with Gluten allergies to check this place out. Shout out to the service team, great job!!
