Homegrown Public House & Brewery

Stopped in for an afternoon snack and beer. The service is prompt, super friendly, and knowledgeable. We have dairy and tree nut allergies, so finding safe places to eat can be tricky. They use separate fryers for their fried foods so we were able to get some tasty fries without worry! Looks like they also have some vegan and gluten free options too.

Great place to go. Live music, all sandwiches/burgers can be gluten free (+$2) nice place to go with the family or just a date with beer. The first time we went was very busy and the wait time was long, but the environment was fun and the staff apologetic. This time was perfect, delicious, and my gf son wanted to know if we could go there every time we go to Florence! The gf burger shown in picture.

Sister is gluten free due to celiacs disease and wanted a plain chicken breast, but was told they needed to “save them for chicken sandwiches” and they wouldn’t sell it to her. She already has very few options to eat and you won’t sell it to her cause it’s not a sandwich??? I also couldn’t order what I wanted cause they decided not to prep it today. Why put it on the menu then? The food was also kinda bland. The front of house was lovely and the guy playing guitar killed it, but apparently the kitchen is a hot mess. I hope they fix it cause there is potential for it to be a cool spot but overall the experience was rough.
