Homerun Pizza

Nice neighborhood pizza joint. The manager was very helpful with my father’s gluten allergy when I called ahead. Staff is very friendly.

I am surprised at the rave reviews. Maybe because its the 'local' neighborhood pizza/ bar hangout that makes it so much fun. We stopped physically eating in the restaurant due to the very loud small bar area making the dining experience so dreadfully loud and obnoxious. We, however do order delivery quite a bit for the convenience. 3 out of 5 times our delivery is wrong or missing something, but the delivery staff is always friendly and willing to correct the mistakes. I think the issue may be the 'young' staff that take the orders? I personally do not like the crust or sauce, but my hubby does. My daughter loves they have a gluten free option! I love their other options such as their buffalo wrap, knuckle balls, wings, etc. Seems like there is something for everyone on the menu. For this I gave it 4 stars instead of 3. The owner is always willing to make things right, and seems to care about his customers and his business.
