Don't let the playful menu at this pleasantly inviting eatery and bakery fool you. They are deadly serious about their food and baked goods. Bookending a tiny strip mall near the Glen Head train station, it is a spot where you don't expect to find some of best casual food in Nassau county. The place is super clean and well lit. An array of freshly baked goods is arranged in a glass enclosure. A menu board lists a variety of sandwiches, salads and bowls. They even carry a few gluten-free baked items. The prices make each menu item more appealing. I had a bowl named Eat Jerk Don't Be One and my wife had a sandwich called Pavarotti's Pork. We never knew great food could also be so much fun. They even modified my order to make it gluten-free,
