The best gluten free pancakes I’ve had in years!!

If you’re going for the gluten-free pancakes, don’t. We went on a busy-ish Sunday morning. Got seated, waited 20 mins for an orange juice and to get our order taken. We were warned the kitchen was behind and food would take about 20 mins. Decided to stay since that’s less than it would take to go somewhere else and get seated. Waited 40 mins for our food, most of which was lukewarm, flavorless, and not exactly what we ordered. The GF pancakes were inedible.
