I was visiting from out of town and needed something other than the hotel breakfast due to being gluten free. The Dark Moon Waffle was so delicious! It is chocolatey, that’s for sure! This is a cute little coffee shop with a warm and wonderful vibe. The staff is so friendly. My husband did not find the portion sizes adequate…he wishes he would have ordered two breakfast burritos - lol.

I’m in love. The aesthetic is immaculate, the staff are so nice, and the food and coffee are amazing. And normally vegan/GF means sacrificing some flavor and good texture, but the waffle was amazing and I never ever would’ve guessed it was vegan or gluten free. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was wonderful, my latte was great. Can’t wait to go back.
