🚨🚨🚨🚨DO NOT USE🚨🚨🚨🚨 My last two encounters with this shop have been nothing but pure disgrace! I am Gluten Free and my last order was only food for myself… got delivered as normal food, I started to eat it before realising the HUGE Mistake which then made me ill for days! Admittedly after I called them querying if it was Gf or not, they sent out a fresh GF order but sadly the damage was already done Tonight I finally gave them a 2nd chance, I have however now moved a 40 minute round trip away. So I placed my order for myself and my partner over the phone, arrived at the time they said, had to wait a further 25 minutes (I don’t think they’d even started my order). It was finally ready, I asked the young boy to re-confirm my order…. I wasn’t wasting the journey to be glutened again… yep all was correct. I got 10 mins down the motorway… they rang, could I check I actually had my GF Chicken Balls?!? I explained I was on the motorway and couldn’t, but would check when I arrived home… the balls we’re missing!!!! They refused to deliver the dish, then agreed because of the hassle of last time, and the effort I had made tonight too, to deliver them, to then ring back and refuse again! I requested the credit adding to my account so we could get the order again in future, to give them a 3rd chance… they refused but said they would bank transfer me a full refund instead… They sent £7?!?! Because surely I thoroughly enjoyed my rice and chips! Absolute joke, i used to love this place and have done for years, but god knows what’s happened recently! I know it’s hugely supported by the GF community but I honestly wouldn’t trust them ever again!!!
