I would love to buy something in this store, but unfortunately it's always closed! You first have to be able to afford these already very limited opening hours. You simply don't need customers here! I've been in town for the fourth time today, either the card machine doesn't work, it's the "holidays" or the store is closed at short notice due to illness or whatever. Incredible! The other branch in Fischerau doesn't even carry honey products. There are only half-heartedly selected bits and bobs and gluten-free cookies. Ah yes, then the name Honey Gallery really makes a lot of sense! These two stores and their subterranean service must be a slap in the face to all those retailers who work hard every day and have to fight for every customer in order to be able to afford the horrendous rents in downtown Freiburg. Just a shame!

Every time I'm in Freiburg, I look forward to going to this store. Very high-quality honey products, gluten-free pastries and even candles. You can see and feel how the owner puts his heart and soul into it and shares what he knows about his craft. Thank you
