I am Celiac and I frequent Hooligans for their gluten-friendly menu, but this is the one with the worst service, the waitress who served me was scattered... She didn't note, they brought us a Pepsi Black and a natural soft drink had been ordered... After a while she arrived with a guacamole that was for another table... I had to respectfully ask the girl if she had ordered what we ordered, to be honest and tell me what they were preparing and it wasn't... There was a strong renovation on the site but the details are not taken care of... I do not recommend this Hooligans! Zero complaints with the one from Moravia and Alajuela...

The place is nice, it has tables inside the bar and outside like on a terrace, within the menu there is the option of gluten-free beers and also a vegan menu. The prices are affordable, the food is delicious.
