Advertised as a gluten-free donut shop but at 11 AM on a weekday no gluten-free donuts available. Was told to pre-order the day before As they have limited quantities of gluten-free options.

This is my favourite donut place in all #YYC I find most donuts to be overly sweet and cake-y but these are just perfect. My favourite flavour is the Churro although they're all good. The gluten-free flavours are delicious too--I especially love the GF Horchata! What really sets Hoopla apart though is the amazing customer service. It's so easy to use their online ordering system. I had a concern one time about delivery which turned out to be a non-issue but they still went above and beyond. I am so impressed by their excellent client care. This will absolutely continue to be our go-to donut place!
